利用氢渗透法检测钢管内壁腐蚀的原理及方法,在大庆油田含油污水介质及四川油田含H2S的介质等系统中,检测6种国内外典型的管道内防腐涂层结构的氢渗电流变化规律,并分析不同涂层结构的防腐效果,首次在现场应用并完善了该技术。该技术可应用于涂层防护机理研究,指导涂料配方设计,防腐施工工艺及涂料筛选等领域。
