四川芥菜(Brassica juncea Cosson)品种资源丰富,茎用芥菜加工成品“涪陵榨菜”以鲜、香、嫩、脆享誉国内外。病毒病是菜乡的主要病害,大流行年减产四、五成。为发掘芥菜抗病品种资源,近年对征集到的各类芥菜品种进行了对芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)的抗性鉴定,简报如下: 材料及方法:芜菁花叶病毒(TuMV)是一种蚜传非持久性病毒,为产区芥菜的主要病原种群。1981至1982年在产区多点采样经对十字花科锦葵科、藜科、菊科、葫芦科、茄科等廿种不同鉴别寄主的常规生物鉴

From 1981 to 1982, more samples were collected from the producing areas. The results of routine bioassay on twenty different identification hosts such as Malvaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Compositae, Cucurbitaceae, Solanaceae and so on
