学前教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,研究和探讨如何加强学前教育人才培养,提高学前教育师资水平是学前教育发展的必然趋势和我国学前教育改革实践的必然要求。女子高校培养学前教育专业人才既有传统优势,又必须对现有人才培养模式进行改革和创新以适应时代要求。拟从理论和实践两个方面入手,对女子高校学前教育专业人才培养模式进行初步探讨。
Pre-school education is an important part of basic education. Studying and discussing how to strengthen the training of preschool education personnel, increasing the level of pre-school teacher education is an inevitable trend of preschool education development and the inevitable requirement of preschool education reform in our country. The training of preschool education professionals in women’s colleges and universities not only has the traditional advantages, but also must reform and innovate the existing personnel training patterns to meet the requirements of the times. It is proposed to start with theoretical and practical aspects of pre-school education in women’s colleges to conduct a preliminary model of training professionals.
