全面从严治党既是“四个全面”战略布局的重要组成部分,也是协调推进“四个全面”各项工作的根本保证。十八大以来,习近平总书记在强调全面从严治党是推进党的建设新的伟大工程的必然要求的同时,对推进全面从严治党作出重要部署。全面从严治党的关键是政治担当,党的各级“一把手”必须肩负起这种重大政治担当。
Comprehensive and strict administration of the party is not only an important part of the strategic layout of the “four comprehensives” but also the fundamental guarantee for coordinating and promoting the “four comprehensives” of various work. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the necessity of completely and strictly administering the party as an inevitable requirement for promoting a new great project of party building and at the same time has made important arrangements for the promotion of an overall and strict party rule. The key to a comprehensive and strict administration of the party is political responsibility. All levels of the party must take up this important political responsibility.
