过去我们装卸立铣刀都是手工操作,要爬到铣床台面上,一只手托着铣刀,一只手旋拧螺帽,不仅效率低,劳动强度大,而且很不安全。为了改变这种状况,在一七二厂气动装卸立铣刀经验的启发下,经过反复试验,制成了机械装卸立铣刀机构。该机构结构简单,制造使用都很方便,而且不需要改动原有铣床设备。经近半年的使用效果很好,装(卸)一次刀只要三十秒钟。简介如下。
