2007年8月开始的美国次贷危机,已经演变成了席卷全球的金融风暴。受此影响,以美国和欧盟为主要出口市场的中国供应商订单萎缩,客户支付能力下降。中国海关数据显示,2008年11月我国外贸出口总额为1149亿美元,同比减少2.2%。2008年12月以来,西方国家对来自中国的多种产品采取反补贴和反倾销措施,使中国供应商的出口形势雪上加霜。
The subprime mortgage crisis that began in August 2007 has evolved into a global financial storm. As a result, orders from Chinese suppliers, with the United States and the European Union as major export markets, contracting and customer affordability declining. According to data from China Customs, China’s foreign trade exports totaled 114.9 billion U.S. dollars in November 2008, a decrease of 2.2% over the same period of last year. Since December 2008, Western countries have adopted anti-subsidy and anti-dumping measures on various products from China, further exacerbating the export situation for Chinese suppliers.
