数学在学生眼中一直是比较难的一门学科。随之,学生对数学老师也有了不好的印象,对他们都避而远之,这就给数学教师的教学带来了一定的困难,但是,学生对教师有这种印象也不能全部归结到学生对教师认识的错误上,教师在教学中往往对自己和学生的定位就有所偏差,他们没有与学生建立平等、民主、和谐的教学关系。初中生相对来说比较难和他们相处,每个人的性格都不同,需要教师有耐心和决心来与他们建立这种关系,只有通过和他们建立平等的关系,他们才能够在学习数学上改变态度,提高效率。数学教师在这条道路上还任重而道远,很多人都不愿意改变定位,这就导致了教学一直没有起色,数学教学课堂也不够和谐、民主。主要讲述如何通过改变师生关系来构建民主、平等、和谐的数学课堂。
