1991年3～8月,我们应用贵州省中心血站研制生产的纯化人自细胞α-干扰素(α-干扰素,简称IFN-α)治疗带状疱疹46例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。临床资料46例随机双盲分成两组:α-干扰素治疗组25例,男14例,女11例,年龄18～70岁,平均45岁,病程2～10日,平均6日。疼痛2～10日,平均疼痛5.9日。红斑基底群集丘疱疹或疱疹分布于胸背14例,腰腹4例,头面颈2例,四肢3例,臀部2例。安慰剂对照组21例,
From March to August 1991, 46 patients with purified herpes simplex virus (IFN-α) were treated with purified blood from Guizhou Provincial Blood Center, and 46 cases of herpes zoster were obtained. as follows. 46 cases of clinical data were randomly divided into two groups: IFN-α treatment group of 25 patients, 14 males and 11 females, aged 18 to 70 years, mean 45 years, duration of 2 to 10 days, an average of 6 days.
