1993年,“撤二建一”后的闵行区教育局成教科面临着新的形势:近2年,区国民生产总值要每年递增40%,全区批准立项的三资企业已超过800家,几乎平均每天产生一家。由此带来了各类人才需求量的急剧增加,大量的教育培训任务要由成人教育来承担。但是,区成教科人员从原来的9人精简为3人。工作摊子大了,学校多了,培训任务重了,而人手却少了。如何适应这一新的形势?成教科提出了“导向、协调、服务”的六字方针。
In 1993, the Education Department of Minhang District of Chengdu after the withdrawal of two built one is facing a new situation: in the recent two years, the gross national product of the district will increase by 40% annually, and the number of foreign-funded enterprises approved by the whole district has exceeded 800, an average of one every day. As a result, the demand for various kinds of talents has risen sharply. A large number of education and training tasks have to be undertaken by adult education.
