了解福建铁路辖区食品卫生专项整治效果,评估提升食品卫生状况的有效干预措施。按照经济性质、经营规模等把辖区内经营单位分为国有的公寓站段食堂、集体的工区小食堂及个体的小吃店,对三类单位进行干预,下发卫生监督意见书,限时整改,并进行逐户验收。干预前后,卫生许可证及从业人员健康体检卫生知识培训合格率、功能布局合理率、三防设施配备率、保洁设施配备率、餐具消毒设施配备率、食品原材料采购索证率等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但餐具消毒合格率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。餐具消毒合格率并没有随着食品卫生硬件水平的全面提升而提高,可能由于相关人员的培训不足、操作不够规范所致,应成为今后食品卫生监督工作的重点。应根据辖区内实际情况,进一步完善食品卫生干预措施。
