在结扎大鼠冠状动脉30min后再通60min造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型观察了茶多酚(TP)对实验性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果TP可显著降低心脏再灌注大鼠心律失常的发生率、心律失常严重指数(ASI)、心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的水平;明显改善再灌注后大鼠动脉血压的下降、心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及ATPase的降低。结果提示:TP对实验性心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
The effect of tea polyphenols (TP) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was observed in a rat model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Results TP significantly reduced the incidence of arrhythmia, arrhythmia severity index (ASI), malondialdehyde (MDA) content in heart tissue, and serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels in rats after cardiac reperfusion; After the perfusion, the arterial blood pressure decreased and the superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ATPase in the myocardial tissue decreased. The results suggest that TP has a protective effect on experimental myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
