编辑同志: 乡村医生工作在农村最基层,为保护广大农民的健康作出了很大的贡献。为了解当前乡村医生知识现状,最近我们对湖南省望城县296名乡村医生的知识现状进行了调查。调查中发现的主要问题归纳如下: 一、乡村医生培训工作停滞农村经济体制改革及办医形式改变后,对乡村医生的培训提高工作放松了,目前正规、系统培训工作基本处于停滞状态。
Editors Comrades: Rural doctors work at the lowest level in the countryside and have made great contributions to protecting the health of the majority of farmers. In order to understand the current state of knowledge of rural doctors, we recently conducted a survey of the knowledge of 296 rural doctors in Wangcheng County, Hunan Province. The main problems found in the survey are summarised as follows: I. Rural doctor training stagnation After the reform of the rural economic system and changes in the form of medical treatment, the training for rural doctors has been improved. The formal and systematic training work is basically at a standstill.
