一、前言轧板、大型、热轧三厂计有八座轧钢加热炉,其中轧板厂三座6点供热推钢式加热炉,大型厂二座6点供热推钢式加热炉,热轧厂三座从日本引进的8点供热步进梁式加热炉。目前在武钢所产钢中,有90%要通过轧钢工序,以上三厂能耗约占全公司总能耗的10~12%,而工序能耗中,70~80%是加热炉的燃料消耗。为了摸清武钢用能设备的情况,分析评价用能设备热工指标是否先进,寻找炉子结构、热工操作及管理上存在的问题,公司安排全面开展热平衡测定。现已对大型厂1~#、2~#加热炉、轧板厂3~#加热炉,热轧厂1~#加热炉进行了热平衡测定。通过对四座轧钢加热炉的测定,基本上对各炉能耗去向、炉子热效率、存在问题及节能的主要潜力有了较全面的了解。本文仅就热平衡测定的结果分析武钢轧
