目的:建立简便、快速的微波萃取法,用于提取补骨脂中有效成分补骨脂素、异补骨脂素。方法:以补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的提取率为考察指标,对微波萃取的参数进行单因素试验,以选择最佳的萃取条件,并与传统提取方法比较。结果:以甲醇为溶剂,微波功率400 W,液固比400 mL.g-1的条件下萃取3 m in,2种有效成分的提取量便可达到最高,而传统的索氏提取、回流及超声提取法则需要几十分钟甚至几小时。结论:微波萃取大大节省了提取时间、提高了提取效率,为补骨脂中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的分离分析提供了一种简便快速的新手段。
Objective: To establish a simple and rapid microwave extraction method for extracting psoralen and isopsoralen from psoralen. Methods: Taking the extraction rate of psoralen and isopsoralen as indexes, the parameters of microwave extraction were tested by single factor to select the best extraction conditions and compared with the traditional extraction methods. Results: Extraction of 2 effective components with methanol as solvent, microwave power of 400 W and liquid-solid ratio of 400 mL.g-1 for 3 mins can reach the highest level. However, the traditional extraction, reflux and Ultrasound extraction requires tens of minutes or even hours. Conclusion: Microwave extraction greatly saves the extraction time and improves the extraction efficiency. It provides a simple and quick new method for the separation and analysis of psoralen and isopsoralen in psoralen.
