Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mild hypothermia combined with early mechanical ventilation on severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Sixty patients with severe craniocerebral injury who were treated from March 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The observation group received mild hypothermia combined with early mechanical ventilation, while the control group received early mechanical ventilation , The curative effect of two groups was compared, and statistical analysis was made. P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results After treatment, the levels of serum C-reactive protein, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity were significantly different from those of the control group (all P <0.05). The Glasgow prognosis Table score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia combined with early mechanical ventilation for the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury has a good effect and can improve the patient’s inflammatory status and cerebral microcirculation.
