随着社会的不断发展,法制制度的不断完善,人们的法律意识及自我保护意识的普遍增强,患者对医疗活动的高科技性、高难度的高风险性还缺乏足够的认识。为了适应社会的需求,从1999年开始,我院对门诊的小手术及有创伤性的检查,实行“知情同意书签字”制度。该制度的实施协调了医患之间的关系,减少了医疗纠纷,在维护医疗秩序、提高医疗质量、促进医学科学发展具有重要意义。
With the continuous development of society and the constant improvement of the legal system, people’s awareness of law and self-protection have generally increased, and patients lack sufficient knowledge of the high-tech and high-risk nature of medical activities. In order to meet the needs of the society, starting in 1999, our hospital implemented the system of “informed consent bookmarks” for minor operations and invasive examinations in outpatient clinics. The implementation of this system harmonized the relationship between doctors and patients, reduced medical disputes, and was of great significance in maintaining medical order, improving medical quality, and promoting the development of medical science.
