试验结果表明,锻造模具钢5CrMnMo浇铸时添加稀土元素处理后,改变了硫化物夹杂的形状,细化钢的奥氏体晶粒,提高了钢的横向冲击性能,使锻造模具的使用寿命提高15%~20%。
The results show that forging die steel 5CrMnMo adding rare earth elements when casting, changing the shape of sulfide inclusions, refine the austenite grains of steel, improve the lateral impact properties of steel, the service life of the forging die increased by 15 % ~ 20%.
