本文提出了“临界”在信访中的应用 ,阐释了其核心内容和在实践中的重要作用。临界理论在信访中的应用 ,主要是为了准确地、量化地分析和研究信访问题 ,特别是信访稳定问题。信访稳定是社会稳定的有机组成部分 ,与社会稳定关系极为密切。
This paper puts forward the application of “critical” in letters and visits and expounds its core content and its important role in practice. The application of critical theory in letters and visits is mainly for the accurate and quantitative analysis and study of letters and visits, especially for the stability of letters and visits.
