在22例健康成人中同时记录正中神经短潜时体感诱发电位(SLSEP)顶、中央前成份。结果发现中央前成份P22波与顶成份N20波的时间、空间特征明显不同,认为这两个成份有独立的神经起源。同时,我们还探讨了一些诊断指标;脑干传导时间[N13~P15的峰间潜伏期(IPL)]、丘脑—皮层投射时间〈P15~P22 IPL或P15~N20 IPL〉。波幅绝对值经对数转换后呈正态分布后,也成为一个可应用的诊断指标。
In 22 healthy adults at the same time recording the median nerve short latent somatosensory evoked potentials (SLSEP) top, central pre-ingredient. The results showed that the spatial and temporal characteristics of the P22 wave and the N20 wave of the top component were obviously different, and they believed that these two components had independent neurogenic origin. At the same time, we also discussed some diagnostic indicators; brainstem conduction time [peak latency between N13 and P15 (IPL)], thalamic-cortical projection time . The absolute value of amplitude after logarithmic conversion was normal distribution, it has become an applicable diagnostic indicator.
