以 90 mg/ kg维 A酸结合低钙饲料诱导大鼠形成骨质疏松症 ,模型组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶 (s-AL P)及热不稳定性碱性磷酸酶 (HIS- s- AL P)显著升高 ,股骨、胫骨骨重 (W)下降 ,骨表观线密度 (W/ L)、表观面密度 (W/ L D )、骨灰重 (Wash)、灰分表观线密度 (Wash/ L )及灰分表观面密度 (Wash/ L D )明显降低。淫羊藿总黄酮75、15 0、30 0 mg/ kg连续给药一个月 ,可降低模型大鼠的 s- AL P与 HIS- s- AL P,提高股骨 Ca、P含量。30 0 mg/ kg剂量组可增加血清钙 (s- Ca)含量 ,提高股骨和胫骨 W/ L、W/ L D以及股骨 W和基质表观面密度 (Wmatrix/ L D)
Osteoporosis was induced by 90 mg/kg retinoic acid combined with low-calcium diet. The serum AKP and heat-labile alkaline phosphatase (HIS-s- AL P) increased significantly, femur, tibial bone weight (W) decreased, apparent apparent linear density (W/L), apparent surface density (W/LD), Ashes weight, and apparent ash density ( Wash / L) and ash apparent surface density (Wash / LD) significantly reduced. Epimedium total flavonoids 75, 150, 300 mg/kg for one month continuous administration can reduce the s-ALP and HIS-s-ALP in model rats and increase the content of Ca and P in femur. The 30 mg/kg dose group increased serum calcium (s-Ca) content, increased femoral and tibial W/L, W/L D, femur W, and apparent apparent surface density (Wmatrix/LD).
