近几年,呼包鄂三市认真落实科学发展观,积极促进区域合作,不断优化发展环境,经济发展呈现出总量不断扩大、增长速度较快、经济效益较好、民生改善明显的良好态势。2007年,三市经济总量达3526.83亿元,占全区比重53.2%,比上年增长21.1%;人均生产总值达53205元,比上年增长19.3%;财政收人达518.88亿元,占全区比重51%,增长33.8%。特别是城镇居民人均可支配收入已达17178元,比上年增长20.2%;农牧民人均纯收入达到6129元,增长15.3%,已接近沿海发达地区的水平。4月中旬,自治区党委、政府在包头市召开了第五次呼包鄂经济工作座谈会。会议对呼包鄂提出新的发展目标和要求:要增强忧患意识、机遇意识和创新意识“三种意识”;要提高产业发展层次、提高城市品质功能、提高文化软实力、提高创业环境质量“四种提高”;落实“学有所教、劳有所得、病有所医、老有所养、住有所居”的“五有”要求,促进社会和谐。会上,呼包鄂三市针对新的目标要求,提出新的发展规划和策略。为帮助广大读者了解更多信息,我们编发了呼包鄂三市领导代表市委、政府在会上的发言。
