市场链的理论基础是“源头论”。过去在计划经济时期,有句话叫做“大河有水小河满”,把企业比作大河,职工比做小河,只要企业不倒闭,就得发工资给职工,它的弊端是助长了职工吃大锅饭的思想。走向市场经济之后,在企业深化改革中,职工不应是小河面应是源头,如果源头不冒水,企业这条大河肯定就会干涸。
The theoretical basis of the market chain is “source theory.” In the past, during the planned economy period, there was a saying called “rivers and streams full of water,” comparing enterprises to rivers and workers rather than rivers. As long as the enterprises did not go bankrupt, they would have to pay wages to their workers. The disadvantages of this are to encourage workers to eat big pots of rice thought of. After moving toward a market economy, workers should not be the source of small rivers and rivers in the deepening reform of enterprises. If the source does not run the risk of water, the great river of enterprises will surely dry up.
