自1973年11月兰州全国洪水计算会议将可能最大暴雨与洪水方法纳入国家洪水计算规范以来,为时十载。十年当中,国家设计洪水规范颁布,许多大型、重要中小型水库及险库加固,多采用这种方法。全国及各省24小时可能最大暴雨等值线图和辅助图表相继完成。十年来暴雨资料增多并得到整理,可能最大暴雨与洪水涵义比较明确,方法渐趋完备,并提出了具有中国特点的方法、专著、论文。国际交流也已开始,本文对十
Since November 1973, the Lanzhou National Flood Computing Conference has included the maximum possible storm and flood method into the national flood calculation code, for a period of ten years.
