龋齿是口腔科常见疾病,充填是治疗方法之一。充填的方法也有多种,其效果亦各有异。过去,临床上对龋齿大窝洞的充填,一般应用银汞合金、粘固粉充填或用嵌体修复(有些充填后用壳冠修复保护患牙,以防止牙冠破折或充填体脱落)。但经常发现用银汞合金充填后,当咀嚼食物时会引起龋齿窝洞壁部分破折或充填体脱落破碎等现象。原因是:银汞合金填入窝洞后,由于银汞合金的体积先收缩后膨胀,这便导致窝洞壁发生暗裂,以后当咀嚼食物时,因咀嚼压力促使暗裂部分出现破
