1979年9月至1980年2月,我们在应用按压穴位麻醉、施行拔牙手术取得较好效果的基础上,为了进一步探索新的麻醉方法,试用氦氖激光器直接照射穴位,施行拔牙手术共227例(369牙齿),全部成功。麻醉效果优者180例,良者27例,尚可者20例,优良率为91.2％,效果满意,现小结如下。一、仪器 CW—11型氦氖激光器(成都温度表厂研制)。二、麻醉方法 (一)选穴有良好镇痛效果,又便于激光照射而不致影响手术进行的穴位。 1.主穴: 四白拔除上颌前牙(321 l23)时选用。颧髎 拔除上颌后牙(87654 45678)时选用。颊车拔除下颌各牙时选用。
From September 1979 to February 1980, on the basis of applying acupoint anesthesia and extracting tooth operation, in order to further explore new anesthetic methods, we tried to use helium-neon laser to directly irradiate acupoints and perform extraction surgery in 227 cases (369 teeth), all successful. 180 cases of excellent anesthetic effect, good in 27 cases, still in 20 cases, excellent and good rate was 91.2%, the results are satisfactory, are summarized as follows.
