挖掘机、起重机、混凝土搅拌机和铅粉球磨机等许多在支承轴承上作旋转运动的滚筒,其旋转运动阻力矩由于测试技术上的困难,目前还不能用扭矩仪等测试工具直接测得,而需要用对滚筒的运动参数进行测试和分析。因此本文针对滚筒运转时角加速度的变化特性加以研究,以实验与理论推导相结合,从而建立求解滚筒阻力矩的运动方程,以便对上述构件的设计、科研和教学提供参考。本文是根据铅粉球磨机改进设计中所作的试验的部份资料所作的分析。一、基本原理与分析
Excavators, cranes, concrete mixers, lead powder ball mills, and many other rollers that rotate on support bearings, whose rotational motion resistance torque is not yet directly measured by a torque tool or other test tool due to technical difficulties in testing. The drum motion parameters were tested and analyzed. Therefore, this paper studies the change characteristics of the angular acceleration when the drum is running, combines the experimental and theoretical derivation, and establishes the equation of motion for solving the drum resistance moment, so as to provide reference for the above-mentioned component design, research and teaching. This article is based on the analysis of some of the data from the experiments performed in the improved ball mill design. First, basic principles and analysis
