反渎职侵权工作是检察机关法律监督一项十分重要的工作,在构建社会主义和谐社会、推进依法治国的伟大进程中有着极其重要的作用,而案件线索贫乏,则直接制约着反渎职侵权工作的开展。如何引导人民群众实名举报,提高实名举报率,提高成案率,结合当前渎职侵权工作实践,本文着重从法律监督的角度,反思我国检察机关实名举报率低的原因及重建一套完善的法律机制。
