《中国药典》1985年版一部中收载的逍遥丸,其处方为:柴胡100g当归100g白芍lOOg白术(炒)100g茯苓100g甘草(蜜炙)80g薄荷20g,共打细粉,另取生姜100g煎汤泛丸(1)。我们认为方中白芍如果以酒炒制将更有利于发挥其疗效,其原因分述如下。一、方中白芍所起的作用逍遥丸主要治疗内科、妇科之肝郁血虚诸证,如头晕目眩,乳胀胁痛,月经不调,或肝胆波及之往来寒热,或肝气犯胃之食少神疲等。上述诸证皆因肝郁血虚,所以方中除用柴胡疏肝解郁,更辅以当归补血和血,白芍养血柔肝。白芍有良好的柔肝止痛效果,肝血不足而致的两胁胀痛尤为常用,古代医家对此早有
