本文观察了甘草次酸钠对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用,并在此基础上观察了其对瘤细胞分裂指数和超微结构的影响,以及对抗肿瘤药物作用的影响。甘草次酸钠腹腔给药对小鼠S180、HepS具有不同程度的抑制作用,在10mg/kg时,抑制率分别为53.13%和40.10%(P值<0.05)。该药对HepA细胞分裂指数有抑制作用,24小时时,分裂指数抑制率为43.15%。电镜观察发现;使HepA细胞线粒体空泡变性,甚至界膜破损,细胞质中糖元颗粒减少,粗面内质网腔缩小,核染色质变细疏,膜完整性示踪剂镧颗粒进入胞质和核内。该药与抗肿瘤药物合用因不同药物和给药时间相异其增效作用亦不同,以ip喜树碱5分钟后投与本药为佳。此外本药对喜树碱引起的白细胞减少亦有保护作用。
In this paper, the inhibitory effect of sodium glycyrrhizinate on transplanted tumors in mice was observed, and on this basis, the effects of it on the mitosis index and ultrastructure of tumor cells and the effect of antitumor drugs were observed. Intraperitoneal administration of glycyrrhetinic sodium had different degrees of inhibition on S180 and HepS in mice. At 10 mg/kg, the inhibition rates were 53.13% and 40.10%, respectively (P<0.05). The drug has an inhibitory effect on the mitotic index of HepA cells. At 24 hours, the mitotic index inhibition rate was 43.15%. Electron microscopic observations revealed that the HepA cells were vacuolar degenerated and even damaged, the glycogen particles in the cytoplasm decreased, the rough endoplasmic reticulum lumen was shrunk, the nuclear chromatin became fine, and the membrane integrity tracer particles entered the cytoplasm and Nuclear. The combination of the drug and antineoplastic agents may have different synergistic effects due to different drugs and administration time. It is better to administer this drug 5 minutes after ip camptothecin. In addition, the drug also has a protective effect on the leukopenia caused by camptothecin.
