白马雪山自然保护区从1983年建立以来,已经走过整整10年的历程。10年来,在党和政府的关怀下,在上级部门的帮助指导下,我们经历了由创业到发展的阶段。如今保护区建设已具规模,保护工作已进入健康发展的轨道,整个保护区呈现一派生机勃勃的兴旺景象。一、保护区工作取得的主要成绩回顾总结10年来保护区工作的历程,我们主要取得了以下方面的成绩: ——坚持以保护为主的方针,开展“四防”及植树造林工作,有效地保护和发展了区内的动植物资源。(一)在森林防火方面:10年来全区仅发生森林火警3起,涉及面积1.4公顷;森林火灾3起,受灾面积26.9公顷。其中1985、1990年实现了无森林火警、火灾。10年来森林火灾的受害面积仅为1982
Baima Snow Mountain Nature Reserve since its inception in 1983, has gone through a full 10-year history. Main Achievements in Reserves Retrospection Summarizing the work of protected areas in the past 10 years, we have achieved the following major achievements: - Adhere to the principle of protection, carry out the “four defenses” and afforestation, and effectively Protection and development of flora and fauna in the area. (I) In the aspect of forest fire prevention: In the past 10 years only 3 forest fires have occurred in the whole district, covering an area of 1.4 hectares; 3 forest fires and 26.9 hectares affected. Among them, there was no forest fire or fire in 1985 and 1990. The area affected by forest fires in 1982 was only 1,982
