金刚石滚轮是砂轮修整工具,它是用一定的方法将金刚石固结在钢基体上而成,如图1所示。金刚石滚轮常用于砂轮的成形修整。采用金刚石滚轮成形修整砂轮具有效率高、成本低、零件精度稳定、零件互换性好、修整机构简单、操作维修方便等优点。金刚石滚轮宜用于大批量生产和复杂型面零件的成形磨削的砂轮修整。采用金刚石滚轮修整砂轮的磨削结果与金刚石滚轮的制造质量、修整砂轮的工艺参数等密切有关,图2表示了磨削结果与磨削和修整条件间的关系。
Diamond wheel is a wheel dressing tool, it is a certain method of diamond consolidation in the steel substrate, as shown in Figure 1. Diamond wheel commonly used in shaping the wheel dressing. The use of diamond wheel dressing dressing wheel has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, parts accuracy and stability, parts interchangeability, trimming mechanism is simple, easy operation and maintenance. Diamond wheel should be used for mass production and grinding of complex profile grinding wheel dressing. The grinding results of grinding wheel with diamond wheel are closely related to the manufacturing quality of diamond wheel, the process parameters of dressing grinding wheel and the like, and FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the grinding result and grinding and dressing conditions.
