在拟定多测点监控数学模型的监控指标时，以往均采用多测点总样本的总体剩余标准差Ｓ′来作为监控模型中的剩余标准差Ｓ。本文应用统计检验理论探讨了这一做法的使用前提，并给出了能否用总体剩余标准差Ｓ′作为多测点监控模型中的剩余标准差Ｓ的判据。实例证明，本文所提出的方法具有较好的理论意义和实用价值
In the preparation of monitoring indicators for multi-point monitoring mathematical model, the total residual standard deviation S ’of the total samples of multiple measurement points has been used as the residual standard deviation S in the monitoring model. In this paper, we use the statistical test theory to discuss the premise of this method and give the criterion of whether the residual standard deviation S ’can be used as the residual standard deviation S in the multi-point monitoring model. The example proves that the method proposed in this paper has good theoretical and practical value
