目的：研制治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎纯中药制剂。方法：以黄芪、大黄、附子为主药的８味中药制成愈疡灌肠液，并制定了其质量标准。结果与结论：经临床观察验证，使用愈疡液保留灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎１００例，总有效率为９６％，且复发率较低。
Objective: To develop pure Chinese medicine for treating chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods: Astragalus, rhubarb, monkshood herbs eight kinds of Chinese medicine made Yu ulcer enema, and developed its quality standards. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: After clinical observation, 100 cases of chronic ulcerative colitis were treated with Yuyang liquid retention enema, the total effective rate was 96% and the recurrence rate was low.
