患者,男,70岁。住院号:770270。五天来患者自觉上腹部胀痛,胃纳差,间日解黑便一次。因解柏油样便伴头晕、出汗、恶心无呕而急诊于1987年12月8日第三次住院。1976年6月因头晕、四肢乏力、皮肤红紫色而住本市某医院,经骨髓等检查诊断为真性红细胞增多症(简称真红)。1976年11月7日因右侧偏瘫、失语而第一次住我科。体检:体温37℃,BP(?)60/12(?).kPa(120/90mmHg)。神清,心肺
