Genetically engineered toxin (DAB_ (486) IL-2) is a recombinant fusion protein made by substituting the human IL-2 sequence for the receptor binding domain of native diphtheria toxin. This fusion protein has a selective cytotoxic effect on cells with high affinity IL-2 receptors (such as leukemic cells). This article reports the treatment of one case of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The patient was 60 years old and was diagnosed as RaiⅢin 1984
