目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定急支糖浆盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节pH=3)-甲醇(80:20),流速为1mL/min,检测波长210nm;柱温室温。结果:盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度的线性范围为25~75μg/mL,r=0.9993,平均回收率为97.53%,RSD=0.92%。结论:HPLC法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于测定盐酸麻黄碱含量,进行控制药品质量。
Objective: To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in emergency syrup by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: Kromasil C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol / L potassium phosphate monobasic phosphate (adjusted to pH = 3 with phosphoric acid) and methanol (80:20) at a flow rate of 1 mL / Column temperature at room temperature. Results: The linear range of the concentration of ephedrine hydrochloride was 25-75 μg / mL, r = 0.9993. The average recovery was 97.53% and the RSD was 0.92%. Conclusion: HPLC method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It can be used to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and control the quality of medicines.
