建立了一阶导数光谱法测定复方安乃近微型灌肠剂中安乃近的含量。测定波长为274nm，波长间隔△λ=2nm，谱带宽2nm，浓度范围5～30μg／ml。总平均回收率100．54％，RSD=1．09％（n=18）。方法简便、准确，结果稳定可靠。
The first order derivative spectrophotometry was established for the determination of metamizole in the compound Minneapolis enema. The measurement wavelength was 274nm, the wavelength interval △ λ = 2nm, the spectrum bandwidth 2nm, the concentration range 5 ~ 30μg / ml. The average recovery was 100.54%, RSD = 1.09% (n = 18). The method is simple, accurate and the result is stable and reliable.
