采用高效液相色谱法，以益康唑为内标，在ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８柱上使其得到分离，测定栓剂中酮康唑的含量，方法回收率为１０１．８７±１．６６％。本法可用于栓剂的质量控制。
High performance liquid chromatography with econazole internal standard was used to separate YWG-C18 column. The concentration of ketoconazole in the suppository was determined. The recovery rate was 101.87 ± 1.66%. This method can be used for suppository quality control.
