为了实现矿用组合开关的多开关通讯,采用Samsung公司32位ARM9核的S3C2410微处理器与美国微芯科技公司最新生产的CAN控制器MCP2510进行接口设计,简化了传统的CAN节点接口及外围控制电路,能较好地实现了矿用组合开关监控和现代化管理。本文对该系统的软件,具体的CAN硬件电路,TMS320LF2806芯片系统控制的实现,嵌入式Linux移植等作了介绍。经过调试和实验,本系统达到了设计要求。
In order to realize the multi-switch communication of the mining combination switch, the interface design of Samsung’s 32-bit ARM9-core S3C2410 microprocessor and the latest production of the CAN controller MCP2510 by Microchip Technology Inc. simplifies the traditional CAN node interface and peripheral control Circuit, can achieve a better combination of mine switch monitoring and modern management. This paper introduces the software of this system, the concrete CAN hardware circuit, the realization of TMS320LF2806 chip system control, embedded Linux transplantation and so on. After debugging and experiment, the system meets the design requirements.
