领导方式,是指执政党联系群众和控制公共权力的体制、机制、途径、手段和方法的总称,是执政党领导或控制国家与社会、推动社会发展的能力和水平的直接体现。在我国实行的政治体制中,中国共产党作为执政党,处于领导地位,对国家政治、经济、文化生活和社会事务负有领导责任。中华民族的兴衰成败,关键在党。因此,加强党的领导,必须改善党的领导。要适应新形势、新任务,努力改进党的领导方式,进一步完善党的领导方式。
Leadership refers to the system, mechanism, means, means and methods used by the ruling party to contact the masses and control public power.
