“互联网思维”一词很热,但这个词之所以热起来,是因为有明星企业及企业家的推崇和示范。每个时代都有自己的明星企业,但这个时代的明星企业往往都有一个共同点,那就是它们基本上是平台型企业,如苹果公司、Facebook、英特尔、沃尔玛、百度、腾讯、阿里巴巴、苏宁、分众等。这些企业都是以平台在各个产业形成了极具掌控力的商业模式。也因此,“平台战略”、“平台领导”、“平台模式”等名词也成了企业追逐的管理概念。互联网最大的经济特性就是平台经济。因此,谈及互联网思维及管理应用,就必须从产业平台的视角来理解和看待。

As a result, nouns such as “platform strategy”, “platform leadership”, and “platform mode” have also become the concept of management pursued by enterprises. The biggest economic feature of the Internet is the platform economy. Therefore, when it comes to Internet thinking and management applications, it must be understood and viewed from the perspective of the industry platform.
