目的调查消毒供应中心对外来手术器械的清洗效果,促进清洗质量提高。方法对医院消毒供应中心清洗的外来手术器械和由器械厂商提供的自行清洗的外来手术器械采用放大镜下目测和残留蛋白测试两种方法进行清洗质量监测。结果放大镜目测检查试验组合格率99.65%;对照组合格率66.67%。蛋白质残留测试,试验组合格率98%;对照组合格率30%。结论将外来手术器械纳入消毒供应中心进行标准化清洗灭菌管理,可有效提高手术器械的清洗质量,确保医疗安全。
Objective To investigate the cleaning effect of foreign surgical instruments by disinfection and supply center and promote the improvement of cleaning quality. Methods The external quality of surgical instruments cleaned by the hospital disinfection supply center and self-cleaning external surgical instruments provided by the equipment manufacturers were monitored by using magnifying glass and residual protein test. Results Magnifier visual inspection test group pass rate of 99.65%; control group pass rate of 66.67%. Protein residue test, the test group pass rate of 98%; control group pass rate of 30%. Conclusion The inclusion of external surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center for standardized cleaning and sterilization management can effectively improve the cleaning quality of surgical instruments and ensure medical safety.
