Changzhou Tsing Lung Experimental Primary School was founded in 1941, after the founding of new China to public primary schools. Since the reform and opening up, it has successively accepted the students and teachers from nine small villages and formed a pattern of running a school on a large scale. In 2010, Changzhou Tianning District, the district government’s concern, the school invested 50 million yuan, off-site reconstruction. The new campus is adjacent to the Kishu Stacks and the bamboo grove at Yam Tong Watertown Wetland Park. With the fragrant flowers and gurgling water, the park overlooks the east longitude 120.
