广阳区中小学运动会上我校获得了第一名的佳绩。从实践中我们深知:成绩的取得不仅得益于我们科学的训练方法,更离不开我们在体育训练中对学生进行的心理疏导。广阳区中小学生运动会比赛时间定在九月份,没有明确的比赛要求,老师只能从前几年比赛的经验中去摸索。初步选择在体育方面有特长的学生,利用体育课的时间抓紧比赛,经过两周的选拔我们初步定下27名同学组成了学校田径队,包括短跑、长跑、跳高、跳远、投掷等项目。组建
