随着中国石油国际化业务的深入开展,要求越来越多的员工成为懂英语,业务精的国际化人才,成人英语课程培训事业获取了全新发展机遇。但是通过实际调查论证,大部分企业员工英语口语表达实力不强,渴求通过成人课程培训获得有机改善成果。因此,笔者决定针对现阶段成人英语课程培训理论和实践流程加以科学改善,使得语言描述、理论学习、需求分析、教育方针制定、教材内容精确化选取等环节得以流畅化衔接延展,确保参与培训人员全程感知成人英语课程独特的乐趣,自觉激发主动能动性,力图为今后英语培训市场健全提供丰富的技术性指导线索。
With the deepening of CNPC’s international business, more and more employees are required to become internationalized professionals who are proficient in English and business. As a result, adult English training programs have gained new opportunities for development. However, through actual investigation and demonstration, most of the employees in enterprises express their weak oral English and are anxious to obtain organic improvement results through the training of adult courses. Therefore, the author decides to improve the theoretical and practical training process of adult English curriculum at present stage so that the link of language description, theoretical study, needs analysis, education policy formulation and material selection can be smooth and concise, ensuring the participation of trainers Throughout the whole process, we are able to perceive the unique fun of adult English classes and consciously inspire initiative, in an effort to provide a wealth of technical guidance for the future English training market.
