我院从1978年3月开始,根据总政关于院校政治教育课程设置的规定,先后在政治系四期八个班开设了中共党史课。通过学习,使学员比较系统地了解了党的历史,加深了对党的认识,增强了党的观念;正确认识了毛泽东同志的历史功绩,比较完整、准确地掌握了毛泽东思想;加深了对老一辈无产阶级革命家的感情,倍加珍惜党的优良传统,进一步提高了坚持四项基本原则的自觉性。从一年多的教学实践中,我们体会到,要搞好党史课教学,就必须坚持历史唯物主义的根本原则,解放思想,
