电子工业部减震器标准科研工作组于1983年6月4日至11日在辽阳市召开科研课题攻关会。出席会议的有电子工业部、兵器工业部和总参等系统的研究所、工厂及部分高等院校个单位的44名代表。与会代表听取了科研工作组在减震器静动态基本特性参数、隔振系统设计等方面的研究工作进展及国内减震器使用和隔振系统设计中存在的问题,并结合各自的工作对机械、舰船和陆用电子设备的工作环境、抗振抗冲击特性、隔振系统的设计及减震器的选用等方面进行了热烈的讨论。
