作者观察单侧听神经瘤79例对侧听觉脑干电反应(ABR),发现64例(81％)对侧ABR正常、13例(16.4％)对侧ABR潜伏期异常、另2例(2.6％)虽对侧听力尚好但未引出持续存在的反应波。对侧ABR异常包括全部波缺如2例;波Ⅰ～Ⅲ正常、波Ⅲ～Ⅴ异常5例;波Ⅰ～Ⅲ异常、波Ⅲ～Ⅴ正常7例;仅存在波Ⅴ且潜伏期延长1例。轴位CT断层所示肿瘤大小与对侧ABR异常之间有一定联系,其中瘤体大的(>2.5cm)25.6％对侧ABR异常;中等大(1.0～2.5cm)14％对侧ABR异常;瘤体
