用Jarrell-Ash 1100 ACP光谱仪,检测了大鼠糖性白内障发展过程中钾、钠、镁、锌含量的动态变化。实验表明,正常对照组大鼠晶体中钠钾比值是0.28～0.30;而在白内障成熟期,晶体中的钠/钾比值上升至3.01。镁、锌在大鼠糖性白内障晶体中的含量低于正常对照组。
The dynamic changes of potassium, sodium, magnesium and zinc in the development of glycated cataract were detected by Jarrell-Ash 1100 ACP spectrometer. The results showed that the ratio of sodium to potassium in the normal control group was 0.28-0.30, while in the mature period of cataract, the ratio of sodium to potassium in the crystal increased to 3.01. The contents of magnesium and zinc in rat sugar cataract crystals were lower than those in normal control group.
