从东北茜草提取得到的粗多糖经离子交换、DEAE-纤维素和SephadexG-50柱层析得到多糖QA2。QA2经HPLC的LonpakS803柱层析为单一对称峰,证明为均一多糖,并测得其分子量为5000。TLC和GC分析表明QA2由Rha、Ara、Xyl、Man、Glc和Gal组成,其单糖摩尔比为1.0:2.5:1.4:22.8:277:15.3。红外光谱分析含β型糖甙键。药理实验结果表明QA2具有较强的清除自由基的作用,清除率为94.59%。
The polysaccharide QA2 was obtained from the crude polysaccharides extracted from the Northeastern barnyard grass by ion exchange, DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-50 column chromatography. The chromatogram of QA2 by HPLC on Lonpak S803 column was a single symmetrical peak, which proved to be a homogeneous polysaccharide and its molecular weight was measured as 5000. TLC and GC analysis indicated that QA2 consists of Rha, Ara, Xyl, Man, Glc and Gal with a monosaccharide molar ratio of 1.0:2.5:1.4:22.8:277:15.3. Infrared spectroscopy analysis contains β-glycosidic bonds. The results of pharmacological experiments showed that QA2 has a strong free radical scavenging effect and the clearance rate is 94.59%.
